Iron Craft #2- Orange

Happy New Year!

It's been a long time since I've done a challenge. I have decided if the challenge fits something I would use and I have the materials for, then I would participate.  I had not planned to do this challenge, but while doing some menu planning, I realized tonight's meal might just fill the bill--even though cooking is not a craft. Grandpa B and I were making one of his favorite meals--apricot chicken--I had my orange!

Grandpa B does not have a recipe , but the sauce is apricot preserves-about 1 cup and Russian dressing-1/4 to 1/2 cup. Heat together and pour over chicken breasts. Bake 400 degrees about an hour--Yummy!

I knew you'd be back ;) & I consider cooking a craft or an art anyway.

I agree--Cooking is a craft. I thought about making orange chicken as well-- a take on the Chinese food recipe of Lemon Chicken.
